Terms & Conditions

The Galgorm Collection operates a rewards programme named Galgorm Rewards. A registered member is offered the ability to earn points and redeem voucher codes at The Rabbit Hotel & Retreat, The Old Inn, Parisien, Fratelli Belfast and Galgorm.

POINTS EARNING

A registered member who spends at The Galgorm Collection will be awarded reward points calculated as follows:

1 point for every £1 spent on Accommodation, Food, Beverage, Spa and other incidental items.

1 loyalty point = 5 pence.

Points are awarded on full settlement of a bill. Points earned will be awarded within 48 hours, normally on the same day of transaction, and applied to your member account on payment of your registered bank card online, at the till or on receipt of payment of products and services. Cash payments do not qualify for points processing. Only the cardholder can claim points earned. Points cannot be claimed by two different parties for the same booking. You will be sent a monthly e-statement informing you of your points balance. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a statement may not be sent where the member has not accumulated any points during the immediately preceding twelve months. A member may also find out how many points they have accumulated by checking their account on this website. If no points have been earned or reward redeemed for a period of 12 consecutive months, the account will be deemed to have lapsed. Once an account has lapsed all points accrued against your membership shall be forfeited and shall be closed. Points are not redeemable for cash and have no value unless presented for redemption in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Points cannot be back dated to prior to sign up date including advance reservations purchased.

Galgorm Rewards points earned for accommodation is restricted to guests who book and stay and therefore excludes bookings made on behalf of guests i.e. travel agencies and third party operators.

REDEMPTION OF REWARD VOUCHER CODES

Rewards can be redeemed once the member has earned sufficient points to redeem against one of the experiences detailed on the Galgorm Rewards section of galgorm.com. Reward voucher point values are subject to change.  Rewards cannot be redeemed in part of in full against any other Galgorm Collection experience or service. Galgorm Collection reserves the right to amend the experiences on the Galgorm Rewards section of galgorm.com at any time.

Members may exchange points by login to Galgorm Rewards for experience voucher codes listed by requesting a voucher code online from this website, where a sufficient points balance permits. Loyalty vouchers feature a unique ID code, may not be exchanged for cash, and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Each voucher may only be redeemed once. Once points have been exchanged for a voucher code, no refund will be available. Voucher codes will be delivered to your registered or nominated email address. Voucher codes cannot be used for exchange of alcoholic products. The terms and conditions for the rate booked will apply. The loyalty voucher must be used within 12 months of date of issue, unless otherwise stated, in whole or part of any single transaction. The loyalty voucher must be presented upon arrival and the unique reference ID code should be quoted when booking and in all correspondence. Advance reservations are essential and are subject to availability. Bookings are subject to availability and advance booking is required for all dining and spa experience vouchers. Please quote the voucher code number when booking by telephone or if booking accommodation online, just enter your voucher code. You will be asked to produce the rewards voucher and unique ID code to a member of staff when settling your bill, otherwise full payment will be required by cash, credit or debit card.

Services are subject to availability. Dining experiences do not include beverages. Supplements must be paid by the voucher holder. Use of the voucher is not permitted on the following dates: 14th February, 24th December, 25th December and 31st December. Should the booking need to be cancelled, the following cancellation policy will apply and will be notified to you when making your reservation:

Accommodation bookings
- 12 noon 72 hour prior to arrival will be cancellation deadline after which any cancellation will result in the permanent loss of the loyalty points applied against this booking.

Spa bookings
- 12 noon 5 days prior to arrival will be cancellation deadline after which any cancellation will result in the permanent loss of the loyalty points applied against this booking.

CARD ISSUE & DEFINITION

The Galgorm Collection operates a reward card-linked loyalty programme named as Galgorm Rewards. The bank card information we obtain at registration is tokenised so we can identify spend to process qualified points to your account and is insufficient information for any fraudulent or unintended purpose. Only one account can be awarded points when the member settles their bill using their registered bank card for payment. Bank card information is obtained using a third party provider (Fidel). Fidel API uses a proprietary tokenisation system and does not store any card numbers. All API requests use TLSv1.2 with end-to-end encryption. Fidel API receives transaction authorisation messages in order for Inspire Loyalty to process qualified points. Information about Fidel’s Privacy Policy can be found here and security information can be found here. Card numbers are not stored by Inspire Loyalty Ltd.

As a member, your account can be used to earn and redeem points in accordance with these terms & conditions. A member can register on this website free of charge for points earning and voucher redemption at The Galgorm Collection. Members can access their account information after registration on this website. Points earned are non-transferable. The Galgorm Collection and the reward programme operators, Inspire Loyalty Ltd, will not enter into any dispute concerning points awarded or redeemed and assume no liability whatsoever to damages claimed, infringed or caused by participating in the reward programme named as Galgorm Rewards.

CANCELLATION

Should you decide to cancel membership, please advise by email to galgorm@inspireloyalty.co.uk. On cancellation any voucher not used will become invalid and points awarded will be nullified. Your reward account will be closed, and all registration and transaction data will be permanently deleted from Galgorm Rewards programme and the data server.

RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Redemptions are, at all times, subject to availability.

Points will not be awarded for Spend on:

(i) Rates booked through 3rd party online retailers including but not limited to: Lastminute, Expedia, Orbitz, Booking.com, and Laterooms.

(ii) Wholesale/tour operator packages

(iii) Wedding bookings

(iv) Concessions

(v) Any booking or purchase made directly to Galgorm Castle Golf Club including tee times, the driving range and the Pro Shop.

(vi) Fitness and Wellbeing Membership fees

Bookings made at preferred Galgorm Rewards member rate is only applicable to individual leisure guests who book direct with the Galgorm Collection reservations department or at galgorm.com. The Galgorm Rewards rate is not applicable to any reservations made by travel agents, tour operators or companies.

The Galgorm Collection reserve the right to change programme benefits and/or membership levels at any time and to amend the terms and conditions.
Membership is awarded at Galgorm Collection’s sole discretion.
Customers must be over 18 years of age to participate.
Employees of Galgorm Collection or its agents are not eligible to participate.
Only one membership of the reward programme per person is permitted.
Membership, points and rewards (excluding vouchers) are non-transferable.
It is the member’s responsibility to update their profile online or inform of any changes to their details, including but not limited to, their change of name, address and/ or email address.
In the event of death this will result in cancellation of loyalty membership and forfeiture of any available points balance.

Galgorm Collection reserves the right to refuse membership or to cancel any membership and revoke any and all unredeemed points collected by any member for reasons including, but not limited to, fraud or misuse of their membership and/ or any violation by the member of these terms and conditions.

Some employers may prohibit or restrict employees from participating in reward programs such as Galgorm Rewards. Galgorm Collection assumes no responsibility or liability for compliance with any such policy which a member’s employer may operate.

GENERAL

The member is responsible for the payment of any tax due in respect of any reward.

All terms & conditions are in conjunction with our supplier Inspire Loyalty Ltd.

By participating, loyalty programme members agree to these terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions - Galgorm Rewards Plus

In addition to above terms and conditions as a Galgorm Rewards member, the following terms and conditions apply to a Galgorm Rewards Plus member:

Galgorm Rewards Plus membership has no monetary value, is non-refundable and the benefits are non-transferable to any alternative product, service, or experience.

Galgorm Rewards Plus membership will be renewed automatically each year on the date of expiry and will be charged to the card details provided at the time of purchase. Cancellation of the renewal of your Galgorm Rewards Plus membership can be made up to 30 days in advance of the expiry date by emailing rewardsplus@galgorm.com. Payment card details are held by our third-party online merchant. By proceeding, you are acknowledging that you understand and agree to these terms regarding auto renewal.

The rights to and ownership of Galgorm Rewards Plus membership are vested in Galgorm Collection and only the registered person may use it, subject to the conditions specified at the time of application and as amended periodically.

In order to avail of the benefits, the booking must be made in the Galgorm Rewards Plus member's name and the member account number must be provided at the time of booking. Galgorm Rewards Plus membership verification and ID are to be presented at check-in. Benefits are subject to availability at the time of booking.

All benefits are applicable to the Galgorm Rewards Plus member only.

Benefits apply to a maximum of one room per stay booked under the Galgorm Rewards Plus members name.

Discount for Day Spa packages are applicable to Galgorm Rewards Plus member only.

Enhance your stay benefit is subject to availability and applicable to guest room upgrades only. Spa experiences are not included.

Extend your stay benefit is subject to availability and not guaranteed for Residences, Spa Suite, Shepherds Hut Suite or Signature Suite at Galgorm.

£20 Spa experience benefit is subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with another promotional offer. One discount per visit (overnight stay or spa visit).

Preferred Dining benefit. Reservation request must be made 24 hours in advance or at check in. Not applicable on 24th, 25th,31st December  and 14th February. Restrictions apply to Parissien Belfast in the event of a private function.

Toast Your Birthday benefit is applicable once in the month of your birthday when staying at one of the hotels or dining in one of the restaurants.

Rewards Plus Card benefits cannot be applied in conjunction with any other Galgorm Collection perks or membership discounts. Benefits applicable to Galgorm Collection properties only.

Points cannot be accrued against any payment in relation to a booking for a wedding venue and/or wedding package, Fitness and Wellbeing Membership Fees or Lunns Concession. Points cannot be redeemed against alcohol. When you redeem your points and receive a Loyalty Voucher to the value of your points, new points cannot be gained against this Loyalty Voucher.
